How do I place a custom order?
For custom orders, email your request to intertwinecouture@yahoo.com, and I will send a measurement chart for your specific measurements if needed. Once I receive your chart, I will contact you to discuss design options, color(s), cost, and completion time.
   
How long does it take to complete my order?
Completion times vary according to each order. Most accessories and home decor take 1-2 days, and wearables can take up to 1 week. Keep in mind that orders with multiple items may take longer to make. This will be discussed at the time the order is placed.
 
How do I pay for my order?
Once an order is placed, half of the payment is due upfront. The remaining balance is due at the completion date and prior to shipping. I accept CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. No payments can be accepted through this site. If another payment option is needed, it will be discussed at the time the order is placed.

Shipping
I do my best to ship within 2 business days of order completion.

Returns
Because all items are custom-made, I do not accept returns. However, I will try to correct any issues/concerns you may have within 3 business days of receipt.
